Job summary

You will optimize engineering processes, apply Earned Value Management, and ensure compliance with industry and Collins standards. Travel up to 10% annually is required as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in STEM or advanced degree with 7+ years of experience
• Minimum 5+ years leading engineering teams and cross-functional collaboration
• 5+ years FPGA/ASIC development experience
• Experience in program execution, bidding, project planning, EVM, and risk management
