The role emphasizes strong leadership, earned value management, and program execution, with up to 10% travel and relocation assistance available. A STEM degree and 5+ years leading engineering teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 10+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration in a technical development environment.
• Experience in program execution, bidding, project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk and opportunity management.
• At least 5+ years experience with FPGA/ASIC development.
