Job summary

Moderna Therapeutics seeks a Product Manager, Financial Planning Technology to design, build, and evolve FP&A digital capabilities. You’ll partner with FP&A to translate needs into scalable Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, while leveraging SAP, data platforms, analytics, and AI.

You will lead FP&A tech initiatives from requirements through adoption, shaping budgeting, forecasting, LRP, and reporting, with AI-enabled planning enhancements on the horizon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, Eng or related field.
• 7+ years in Financial Planning systems, Finance tech, EPM, or related enterprise apps.
• 4+ years hands-on with Oracle EPM Cloud / PBCS / EPBCS including configuration or development.
• Experience supporting enterprise Budgeting, Forecasting, or Long-range Planning.
• Experience with financial data integrations and upstream/downstream systems.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into tech solutions and deliver enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FP&A stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements and scalable solutions.
• Design, build, test, and implement capabilities within Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Lead small to mid-sized FP&A technology initiatives from design to adoption.
• Enhance budgeting, forecasting, LRP, revenue, OpEx, CapEx, and reporting capabilities.
• Apply analytical judgment to solve planning, data, integration, and reporting challenges.
• Collaborate with SAP, master data, data platforms, reporting, and analytics teams.
