Moderna, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Financial Planning Technology to design, build, and evolve digital FP&A capabilities across Oracle EPM Cloud and related finance tech ecosystems.

The role partners with FP&A to translate business needs into scalable solutions and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with AI-enabled insights. You will lead initiatives from requirements to adoption, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape the next generation of FP&A

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning systems or related Finance tech roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions and product requirements.

Responsabilités

• Partner with FP&A to translate needs into product requirements and scalable tech solutions.
• Design, build, test, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud capabilities.
• Lead FP&A tech initiatives from requirements through adoption and rollout.
• Enhance budgeting, forecasting, LRP, and management reporting capabilities.
• Evaluate AI and advanced analytics applications to improve forecasting and planning processes.
• Collaborate with Data, Analytics, AI, Finance, and Digital teams to deliver integrated FP&A solutions.
• Establish best practices for design, testing, deployment, and change management.
