Job summary

Moderna in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Manager, Global Commercial FP&A to partner with Commercial and Medical teams on planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will consolidate budgets, support long-range plans, and translate results into clear leadership narratives.

Responsibilities include ROI analyses, standardizing reporting, and driving analytics with automation and AI tools. A strong FP&A background in biotech is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in FP&A or financial operations.
• Experience with advanced analytical platforms and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consolidation, analysis, and submission of Global Commercial and Medical forecasts and budgets.
• Support long-range planning and multi-year scenario planning for launches and growth.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities with business partners.
• Perform ROI analyses for Commercial initiatives and optimize spend.
• Prepare financial narratives and headcount analyses for reviews.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure monthly close integrity.
• Drive FP&A transformation with automation and AI tooling.
