Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Manager, Global Commercial FP&A to partner with global teams on planning, forecasting, and performance management across Commercial and Medical functions. You will coordinate budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, translating results into clear narratives for leadership and driving standardization and transformation of FP&A processes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and advancing analytics through AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, including financial planning & analysis or financial operations roles
• Experience with advanced analytical platforms and visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the consolidation, analysis, and submission of Global Commercial and Medical forecasts and budgets.
• Support long-range planning (LRP) OPEX models and multi-year scenario planning.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation approaches.
• Perform capital deployment and ROI analyses for Commercial initiatives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve spend effectiveness across global markets
