Job summary

Icon Parking is seeking a Sr. Financial Systems & FP&A Manager to own Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) as the primary system expert.

The role blends 65–70% adaptive administration, integrations, data management, and system enhancements with 30–35% FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting. The candidate will ensure Adaptive is reliable, scalable, and well-integrated with financial systems to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Adaptive Planning (Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights).
• Strong FP&A background with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
• Experience with financial-system integrations and data flows.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience administering Adaptive Planning and integrating with NetSuite or ERP.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical Adaptive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Planning; manage configurations, security, models, and dashboards.
• Own integrations and data management between Adaptive and source systems (NetSuite).
• Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions in Adaptive.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, IT and operations to document data flows and requirements.
• Train and support Adaptive users; drive data integrity and process improvements.
