Job description

• The Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for supporting the coordination of budgeting, monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting the department or company’s overall financial performance
• The Associate Director will play a critical role in helping to consolidate financial results and provide valuable insights to senior leadership about the department or company’s financial trajectory
• You will report into the Senior Director, FP&A
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the consolidated budget & re-forecasting process for the department and / or company to ensure alignment with operating plan, external guidance, and overall financial targets; provide valuable insights of performance on ongoing basis to leadership
• Management Reporting: Help drive the production and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key trends and variances for leadership and investor relations
• Allocation Frameworks: Assist with the development of the cost allocation management and frameworks that align with the operating model
• Systems & Processes: Provide insight into internal finance processes, including oversight of financial planning system(s) and allocations, integrity of raw financial data and granular reporting capabilities
• Leadership: Manage and coach high performing corporate FP&A professionals
• Communication: Communicate financial results, trends, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
