Help At Home is seeking a Manager of FP&A Systems & Reporting in New Jersey to own planning, reporting systems, and KPI dashboards. You will lead PBCS governance, automate reporting, and drive data integrity across FP&A processes.

You will partner with IT and finance, manage the reporting roadmap, and guide the Reporting & Data Analytics Lead to deliver accurate executive analytics and standardized templates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, financial systems, or reporting experience; leadership preferred.
• Hands-on experience with PBCS/Hyperion or similar EPM platform.
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills; SQL or data modeling a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnering.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as FP&A systems administrator for PBCS, managing config, security, workflow and metadata.
• Define FP&A data ownership, review protocols, and reconciliation standards.
• Maintain FP&A models (Market, FSC, Consolidation) with cross-team collaboration.
• Establish data controls and review cadences to protect data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Own dashboards (Power BI) and executive analytics strategy with consistent metrics.
• Collaborate with Senior Financial Analyst on dashboard design and hands-on guidance.
• Lead automation to reduce manual Excel reporting and reconciliation.
• Set reporting standards and templates for FP&A.
• Manage and develop Reporting & Data Analytics Lead role.
