Job summary

Help At Home in Chicago, IL seeks a Manager, FP&A Systems & Reporting to own planning and reporting systems, including PBCS and Power BI dashboards. You will set governance standards, lead automation initiatives, and collaborate with IT and finance to ensure data integrity and scalable reporting.

Strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills, plus leadership experience, are required. Responsibilities include managing system ownership, developing executive analytics, and reducing manual reporting, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, financial systems, or reporting experience; leadership preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering PBCS/Hyperion or similar EPM.
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel proficiency; SQL or data modeling is a plus.
• Proven ability to build controls and automate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer PBCS/Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service configurations, security, and metadata.
• Define FP&A data ownership, reconciliation standards, and governance.
• Lead model maintenance for Market, FSC, and Consolidation tools with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop standardized dashboards and executive analytics with accuracy and consistency.
• Drive automation to reduce manual Excel reporting and improve reconciliation.
• Set reporting standards and templates across FP&A.
