Help at Home seeks a Manager, FP&A Systems & Reporting to own planning and reporting systems (PBCS) and standardized, automated reporting. You will lead FP&A data governance, dashboard strategy, and cross-team collaboration to ensure accuracy and scalability.

You will drive automation to reduce manual Excel work, set reporting standards, and oversee Power BI KPI dashboards and executive analytics. Strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, financial systems, or reporting experience; prior team leadership preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering PBCS/Hyperion or a comparable EPM platform.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as system administrator for PBCS, managing configuration, security, workflow, and metadata.
• Define and manage FP&A data ownership, review protocols, and reconciliation standards.
• Share ownership of FP&A models, including Market, FSC, and Consolidation tools, with other teams.
• Establish controls and review cadences to safeguard data integrity across planning and reporting.
• Partner with IT and system vendors on upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Own the standardized Power BI dashboards, KPI view, and executive analytics strategy.
• Collaborate with Senior Financial Analyst on dashboard design and development.
• Own the roadmap to reduce manual Excel-based reporting and reconciliation.
• Set reporting standards and templates for FP&A.
• Manage and develop the Reporting & Data Analytics Lead role.
