Job summary

Help At Home in the United States seeks a Manager, FP&A Systems & Reporting to own planning and reporting systems, and to champion standardized, automated dashboards with strong data integrity in PBCS and Power BI.

You will lead FP&A data governance, collaborate with IT and finance, and drive automation to reduce manual Excel reporting. This role emphasizes scalability, controls, and clear templates for the FP&A organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, financial systems, or reporting experience; prior team leadership preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering PBCS/Hyperion or comparable EPM platform.
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel; SQL or data modeling a plus.
• Track record of building controls, standardizing processes, and driving automation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with IT, finance, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for PBCS, managing configuration, security, workflow, and metadata.
• Define and manage FP&A data and system ownership, reviews, and reconciliation standards.
• Maintain FP&A models (Market, FSC, Consolidation) with cross-team collaboration.
• Establish controls and cadences to safeguard data integrity across planning and reporting systems.
• Partner with IT and vendors on upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Own the Power BI dashboard and executive analytics strategy for consistent metrics reporting.
• Collaborate with Senior Financial Analyst on dashboard design and development.
• Lead automation efforts to reduce manual Excel-based reporting and reconciliation.
• Set reporting standards and templates for FP&A discipline.
• Manage and develop Reporting & Data Analytics Lead role and priorities.
