Job summary

Help At Home seeks a Manager, FP&A Systems & Reporting to own planning and reporting systems (PBCS and related tools) and drive automated, standardized dashboards and analytics across the organization.

You will set data governance, partner with IT on upgrades, and lead the Reporting & Data Analytics team to reduce manual Excel reporting while ensuring accurate, timely insights for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, financial systems, or reporting; leadership preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering PBCS/Hyperion or comparable EPM.
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel; SQL/data modeling a plus.
• Proven ability to build controls and drive automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for PBCS.
• Define and manage FP&A data ownership and reconciliation standards.
• Maintain FP&A models including Market, FSC, and Consolidation tools.
• Establish controls to safeguard data integrity.
• Partner with IT on upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Own the standardized Power BI dashboard and executive analytics strategy.
• Collaborate with Senior Financial Analyst on dashboard design.
• Lead roadmap to reduce manual Excel reporting and automate processes.
• Set reporting standards and templates.
• Manage and develop the Reporting & Data Analytics Lead role.
