Job summary

Help at Home is seeking an experienced Manager, FP&A Systems & Reporting in the United States to lead planning and reporting platforms, including PBCS and Power BI dashboards. You will set standards, own governance, and drive automation across FP&A processes.

You'll partner with IT and finance teams, manage data integrity, and mentor the Reporting & Data Analytics leads while reducing manual reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, financial systems, or reporting; leadership preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering PBCS/Hyperion or equivalent.
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel; SQL or data modeling a plus.
• Proven ability to build controls, standardize processes, and automate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A planning and reporting systems governance and integrity.
• Manage PBCS configuration, security, workflow, and metadata.
• Oversee FP&A models and reconcile standards with teams.
• Lead standardized Power BI dashboards and executive analytics.
• Drive automation to reduce manual Excel reporting and reconciliation.
• Set reporting standards and templates for the FP&A org.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on upgrades and integrations.
• Mentor Reporting & Data Analytics leads and plan workload.
• Partner with Senior Financial Analyst on dashboard design.
