Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Manager, FP&A Systems & Reporting to own planning and reporting governance for PBCS and related tools. You will lead the automated reporting strategy, ensure data integrity, and drive standardized dashboards for executive analytics while coordinating with IT and senior financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and planning systems.
• Experience building governance for FP&A data and reporting.
• Hands-on with FP&A tools, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for PBCS, handling configuration, security, workflow, and metadata.
• Define FP&A data ownership, review protocols, and reconciliation standards.
• Maintain FP&A models (Market, FSC, Consolidation) with cross-team support.
• Set controls and cadences to protect data integrity across systems.
• Lead upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution with IT/vendors.
• Own the Power BI dashboard and executive analytics strategy.
• Collaborate on dashboard design and development with senior analysts.
• Drive automation to reduce manual Excel reporting and reconciliation.
• Establish standardized reporting templates across FP&A.
• Develop and prioritize workload for the Reporting & Data Analytics Lead.
