Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Manager, FP&A Systems & Reporting to own the integrity and governance of FP&A planning and reporting systems. You will lead the strategy for standardized, automated reporting and dashboards, and guide the hands-on build and maintenance to keep data and tools trusted and scalable.

You will manage the FP&A data and system ownership, set reporting standards, and partner with IT to upgrade and automate processes while reducing manual Excel reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, financial systems, or reporting; prior leadership preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering PBCS/Hyperion or comparable EPM.
• Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel; SQL or data modeling a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for PBCS, managing configuration, security, workflow, and metadata.
• Define and manage FP&A data and system ownership, review protocols, and reconciliation standards.
• Share ownership of FP&A models including Market, FSC, and Consolidation tools.
• Establish controls and review cadences to safeguard data integrity.
• Partner with IT and system vendors on upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Own the standardized dashboard (Power BI) and executive analytics strategy.
• Collaborate with Senior Financial Analyst on dashboard design and development.
• Roadmap to reduce manual Excel-based reporting and reconciliation.
• Set reporting standards and templates for consistency across FP&A.
• Manage and develop the Reporting & Data Analytics Lead role.
