Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

The role partners with the CFO and VP of Finance to deliver accurate financial plans and strategic insights across functions, including Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of FP&A or strategic-finance experience, strong leadership, and deep ERP/BPC expertise (SAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
• MBA and/or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years FP&A or strategic-finance experience, incl. 5 years leading teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or integrated ERP environment (SAP) preferred.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range planning; consolidate and review the annual operating plan.
• Establish standardized planning assumptions, methodologies, and calendars across the organization.
• Deliver enterprise performance reporting and board materials; translate data into strategic insight for executives.
• Own enterprise multi-dimensional P&L framework for review across Product Category, Channel, Platform, and Plant.
• Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment for strategic planning and investments.
