Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a senior finance leader for the Consulting line of business (LOB) in the United States. The role oversees all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial analysis to drive top- and bottom-line growth.

You will collaborate with leadership to define strategies, present financial storylines to executives, and manage operating expenses with an emphasis on efficiency and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business is required.
• CPA, MBA Finance, or similar degree is preferred.
• Experience with accounting software and strong Microsoft proficiency are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the financial performance of the Consulting LOB and provide input on strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategies and quantify opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, pricing, reporting, and variance analysis.
