Job summary

Zoom is seeking a driven FP&A professional to lead planning, forecasting, and analysis for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build models and deliver actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.

The Corporate FP&A team collaborates with Accounting and business partners to ensure accuracy and alignment, providing financial insights that drive growth and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related corporate finance roles.
• Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Analyze data using SQL or similar advanced analytical tools.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both written and verbal.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the building and maintaining of annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitoring performance against forecasts and providing variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Delivering financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trends.
• Developing long-range financial plans that align with strategic business objectives and growth targets.
• Evaluating and improving forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to increase accuracy, scalability, and automation.
