The Principal Financial Analyst is the highest-level individual contributor within the Finance organization. • Coach and mentor junior analysts
  • This role is accountable for providing high‑quality financial insights, analysis, and decision support that improve business outcomes
  • Prioritizes and frames work across teams rather than executing isolated analyses
  • Leads through influence, setting standards for analytical rigor, storytelling, and decision framing
  • Leverages AI and advanced analytics to redefine how FP&A identifies insights, models scenarios, and supports decision‑making at scale
  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy. Defines problems, sets the analytical approach, and drives work from concept to implementation.
