Job summary

Chugach Electric seeks a Home Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. You will develop annual operating and capital budgets, build long-range models, and prepare statements and regulatory filings to support strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes strong leadership of the FP&A team, cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring internal controls and efficiency across planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline, required.
• Master’s Degree, CPA and/or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual operating and capital budget process with timelines and assumptions.
• Develop forecasts and long-range financial models to support decision-making and rate planning.
• Prepare financial statements, disclosures, and management reports per accounting policies.
• Conduct variance analyses and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate external reporting deliverables including audited statements and regulatory filings.
