Job summary

Graham Capital Management, L.P. is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to join our Corporate Accounting, Trading Services group, reporting to the Managing Director of Corporate Finance.

The ideal candidate has a strong finance mindset, is detail oriented, and can manage trader compensation and forecasting. Responsibilities include maintaining the trader compensation database, calculating compensation monthly and annually, supporting monthly financial reporting, and coordinating year-end audits

Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance/accounting experience in hedge funds.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and data manipulation skills.
• Team player with strong project/time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer trader compensation database.
• Calculate trader compensation monthly and annually.
• Support monthly financial reporting and planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting team and auditors for year-end audits.
