Company Overview:

A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. This role will support firmwide financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze firmwide financial forecasts and weekly management reporting packages.
• Support quarterly earnings processes, including collection, consolidation, validation, and analysis of financial results.
• Perform financial analysis across business units and corporate functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and valuation analyses.
• Assist in preparing presentations, board materials, and executive memorandums for senior management.
• Partner with Investor Relations and Business Finance teams to support investor inquiries, earnings preparation, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze trends, key performance indicators, and operating metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, enhance financial controls, and streamline workflows.
• Support implementation of new systems, reporting tools, and FP&A best practices.
• Participate in ad hoc strategic projects and special analyses for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Accounting.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar platforms is highly preferred.

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $50 - $50/hr, DOE
