Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead a team of analysts in delivering financial insights and strategic decision support.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, evaluate opportunities, and build models for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow impact. This role partners with leaders across the business and reports to the Director, FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or quantitative field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Five+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, strategy or related field.
• At least two years of management experience in corporate finance.
• Proven ability presenting to executives including the C-suite.
• Airline industry knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced analytical, quantitative and technical finance skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Dynamics 365, Power BI and Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.
• Develop analysis to support strategic decisions across Frontier.
• Model financial impact of product, fleet, routes and labor changes.
• Partner with Accounting to monitor results and trends.
• Coach and develop FP&A team for timely delivery and accuracy.
• Present analyses and business implications to leadership.
