Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Safety and Security Administrator to support Safety and Security leadership in Las Vegas, NV. The role coordinates safety activities, tracks meeting minutes, and develops project trackers while handling procurement and distribution of department materials.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least three years in an administrative role, and strong English communication. Bachelor’s degree and airline ops experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience considered.
• Authorized to work in the US as defined by law.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Able to access and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external meetings and events, assist with agendas.
• Develop PowerPoint and presentation materials.
• Maintain information on Company Intranet.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for safety and security projects.
• Monitor safety and security training compliance.
• Coordinate with IT on office equipment.
• Assist leadership with recruiting, hiring, and budget coordination.
• Liaise with vendors for purchasing and shipping of materials.
• Maintain meeting minutes and department project trackers.
