Job summary

Parallax Space, Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to serve as a business partner to the CFO.

You will own recurring management reporting, budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash and liquidity planning, revenue and backlog analytics, and program-level financial performance. You will connect accounting, CRM, manufacturing, and program data into decision-ready reporting for executive leadership and the Board while helping establish scalable, audit-ready financial processes as the company grows

Qualifications

• Prepare monthly management reporting package and quarterly scorecard.
• Lead annual budget and rolling forecast process.
• Perform scenario analyses for production ramp and program profitability.
• Collaborate with CFO, accounting, CRM, and program teams.
• Develop KPI definitions and maintain controls for audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Board-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly management reporting package and scorecard.
• Deliver P&L analyses and variance explanations.
• Prepare Board-ready narratives on performance and risks.
• Maintain KPI definitions, reconciliations, dashboards.
