Job summary

Walmart's Financial Planning and Analysis team seeks a leader to drive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for US operations. You will analyze complex data, build predictive models, and guide cross-functional partners to align plans with strategic goals.

You will communicate findings to executives, oversee close processes, and push for automation to improve efficiency and accuracy in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related area with 1+ year in FP&A or a related field.
• Alternatively 3+ years' FP&A experience with strong financial acumen.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support goals.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting performance.
• Develop predictive models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with objectives.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Oversee month-end close activities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and data governance.
