Job summary

Walmart Creative in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Creative - Business Strategy & Financial Planning to turn data into actionable insights for the Creative organization. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across FP&A, operations analytics, and strategic investments to enable smarter decisions and scalable growth.

You will own the annual budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, develop executive-level narratives, and guide investments in new capabilities and workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience across Financial Planning, Business Strategy, Operations, Consulting or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across business strategy, data strategy and analytics, financial planning, reporting, and operations.
• Establish the vision, roadmap, and operating model for the Creative Business Strategy & Financial Planning function.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and narratives that simplify complex business, data, and financial information.
