Bumble is seeking an FP&A Manager to join the Corporate & Strategic Finance team, based in New York or Austin. You will spearhead monthly packs, board decks, and forecasting, while maintaining FP&A systems and leading KPI analyses, FX, and headcount reviews.

We value a self-starter with strong Excel modeling skills, experience with ERP/forecasting tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear leadership exhibits.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or related finance role.
• Working knowledge of budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with large datasets.
• Experience distilling data into clear exhibits for senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly reporting, including data flow between NetSuite, Pigment, Workday, and other tools.
• Prepare and maintain KPI models, group month-end figures, and board deck components.
• Support headcount forecasting and reporting with Workday data and variance analysis.
• Perform month-end P&L and balance sheet reconciliations across FP&A systems.
• Assist with Annual Budget and Quarterly Reforecast cycles and consolidation files.
• Build standardized FP&A models and datasets (cost center trackers, reports).
• Lead end-to-end discrete analyses and connect findings to business decisions.
• Identify improvements to increase accuracy, automation, and standardization.
