Bumble Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager to join the Corporate & Strategic Finance team to support internal group reporting and forecast management.

This role is an individual contributor based in New York or Austin and reports to the Director of Corporate & Strategic Finance & Investor Relations. You will produce Monthly Financial Packs, Quarterly Board Presentations, and support the Annual Budget, reforecasts, and earnings cycles.

Formación

• 3+ years of FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or related finance role.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with large datasets.
• Excellent presentation skills; distill data for senior management.
• Able to communicate with Finance and non-Finance colleagues.
• Experience with Pigment, Workday, NetSuite, Looker (or similar).
• Self-starter who owns outcomes and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about the business and Bumble's ambitious plans.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly reporting and data flow across NetSuite, Pigment, Workday, and other tools.
• Prepare and maintain KPI models, group deck figures, and board pack components.
• Support Headcount & Staff Cost forecasting with Workday data and variance analysis.
• Perform month-end P&L and balance sheet reconciliations across FP&A suite.
• Contribute to annual budget and quarterly reforecasts with stakeholder inputs.
• Build standardized FP&A models and datasets (cost centers, reports).
• Lead end-to-end analyses from hypothesis to takeaways for business decisions.
• Identify improvements for accuracy, automation, and standardization across FP&A.
