Career Launch is seeking a Director of FP&A in New York to lead strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and planning for partner employers. You will manage critical analyses of markets, investments, and transactions, and present conclusions to senior leaders and boards.

The role requires senior experience across corporate finance or related fields, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and executive communication.

Formación

• Senior experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling with attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when evaluating incomplete or conflicting information.
• Experience managing confidential projects with executive visibility.
• Clear writing and presentation for executives and boards.

Responsabilidades

• Own planning, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic financial analysis.
• Lead analysis of markets, companies, investments, transactions, and strategic options.
• Build financial models, decision materials, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Coordinate diligence and execution across finance, legal, and operating teams.
• Identify risks and value drivers early in a process.
• Present conclusions to executives, investment committees, boards, or clients.
• Improve templates, data sources, and processes for recurring decisions.
