Job summary

Fortera Corporation is hiring an FP&A Manager to build the financial planning and reporting foundation as the company scales from one plant to a portfolio. You’ll own the annual operating budget, forecasts, and capital project budgets, partnering with department heads and the Capital Projects team to deliver monthly reports for leadership and lenders.

You’ll establish templates, models, and cadence, working with R&D, Engineering, and accounting to translate business drivers into solid financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical role.
• Experience owning budgeting or forecasting across multiple departments.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; defend all assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Operate budgets across departments; lead annual budget process.
• Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly forecasts and P&L.
• Prepare cash flow, balance sheet outlook, and variance explanations.
• Establish standardized templates and reporting cadence for FP&A lifecycle.
