Ferrotec (USA) Corporation seeks a Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning in Livermore, CA. You will partner with senior leadership to provide insights that drive performance and strategic decisions, while managing a small team and ensuring timely reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a track record in FP&A, and experience in manufacturing cost accounting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive FP&A/finance experience.
• Self-starter and hands-on contributor.
• Experience in assembly and test manufacturing environment with cost accounting.
• Global Operations experience desired but not required.
• AI implementation in FP&A.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, long-term planning, and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models to support investments and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership and board.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate performance and drive profitability.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Mentor a team of two financial analysts.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning tools and processes.
• Coordinate FP&A activities with counterparts in Malaysia.
