Primergy is seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager (Solar Development) to lead funding, budgeting and forecasting for solar projects, delivering a consolidated outlook for strategic decisions. The role offers high visibility across the organization and acts as a key liaison with project finance, operations and commercial strategy teams under executive direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, engineering, or quantitative field.
• 5+ years of renewable energy finance, FP&A in Energy, Project finance, Construction.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce annual budget and quarterly forecasts for Board approvals.
• Prepare managerial reports on P&L, assets, KPIs and project spend.
• Forecast cash flows to manage liquidity and timing of equity drawdowns.
• Manage loan facilities, intercompany loans and corporate guarantees.
• Collaborate with operating assets management on liquidity and distributions.
• Interface with new tools/applications for FP&A/Accounting process improvements.
