Job summary

Primergy, a developer, owner and operator of utility-scale solar and storage projects in the United States, seeks an experienced FP&A professional in Oakland, CA. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity analysis to support project finance across a growing portfolio.

In this role you will produce annual budgets and quarterly board forecasts, develop managerial reports on P&L, assets and KPIs, and collaborate with asset management on distributions and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy finance and FP&A.
• Experience with project finance, construction, and energy markets.

Responsibilities

• Produce annual budget and quarterly forecasts for Board approvals.
• Produce managerial performance reports tracking P&L/Operating Assets/KPIs and project spends.
• Forecast corporate and project-level cash flows to manage liquidity and timing of equity drawdowns.
• Manage Loan & Letter Credit Facilities, intercompany loans and corporate guarantees.
• Work with operating assets management teams on financial performance and liquidity analysis/distributions.
• Interface/implement new tools/applications required for FP&A/Accounting/finance process improvement projects.
