Job summary

Farther, a rapidly growing RIA blending traditional wealth management with fintech, seeks an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasts, models, and the stories that tie them together. You’ll partner with senior leadership to translate complex financials into clear, actionable insight as the company scales.

You will lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and build dynamic models while tracking KPIs and collaborating with business leaders to challenge assumptions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or related finance role.
• Ability to build a three-statement model and a complex operating model from scratch.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning tools.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts.
• Build and own monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Develop dynamic financial models for long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and data-driven decisions.
• Track KPIs and surface risks and opportunities to leadership.
