Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 + bonus

About the role
Our client, a fast growing Series C FinTech company, is looking for an FP&A Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis efforts. This role will be responsible for helping drive forecasting, maintaining financial models, and providing insights that support decision-making across the organization. The position combines analytical work with cross-functional collaboration and plays a key role in understanding business performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Assist in coordinating annual planning cycles and periodic forecast updates across business teams
- Create scenario analyses to evaluate potential business decisions and changes in key assumptions
- Help translate operational plans into financial projections
- Contribute to the preparation of recurring financial reports, including variance analysis and performance tracking
- Help monitor key metrics and identify trends to support management visibility
- Assist in analyzing revenue, costs, and overall business performance
- Maintain and improve reporting tools and processes to ensure data accuracy
- Provide analytical support for leadership presentations and internal reporting needs
- Assist with financial materials for external stakeholders when needed
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects tied to business initiatives
- Work with teams across the business to align financials with operational performance
- Support forecasting and analysis related to revenue and business activity drivers
- Partner with various departments to better understand key performance indicators and planning assumptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
- Experience working in a dynamic or fast-paced business environment is helpful
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and familiarity with financial systems or planning tools
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly
- Solid understanding of financial statements and key performance drivers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working in environments where processes may still be evolving
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks
