FP&A Manager (High-Growth SaaS)

A rapidly scaling, VC-backed SaaS company in the AI-driven workflow automation space is hiring an FP&A Manager to join its New York team (hybrid).

With strong ARR growth and fresh funding, the business is entering a key scale phase – investing heavily in its finance capability to support better, faster decision-making. This is a high impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership, where you’ll help shape forecasting, drive commercial insight, and influence how the business scales.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Build and maintain financial models and SaaS KPI reporting (ARR, CAC, LTV)
• Partner with GTM and Product on performance and decision support
• Support board and investor reportingHelp scale FP&A processes and systems

Requirements

• 5–8 years in FP&A / Strategic Finance
• SaaS or high-growth tech experience
• Strong modelling and stakeholder partnering skills
