Job summary

LHH, a growing healthcare services organization, is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its expanding finance team. This newly created role partners with operational and corporate leaders to drive business decisions through financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights.

You will lead budgeting and forecasting, build models, analyze KPIs, and develop dashboards for leadership. 4+ years in FP&A or related fields, advanced Excel, and strong communication with non-finance stakeholders are

• 4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and P&L management.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment.
