Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing Services is seeking a Manager of Financial Analysis & Planning—Sales Operations to partner with Sales Ops and Revenue teams. The role focuses on FP&A support for commissions, quotas, forecasting, and strategic business guidance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in FP&A within software, strong Excel modeling, and experience with Xactly Incent. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence in Northern VA 4 days a week with competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in enterprise software.
• Expertise partnering with Sales Operations on performance management, quotas, and compensation design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SaaS go-to-market models and revenue frameworks.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with Xactly Incent for commission calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance business partner with Sales Operations and Finance to support commission planning, forecasting, and payments.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to design, model, and manage annual sales quota setting and plan development.
• Implement sales commission plans in Xactly Incent and manage monthly earnings and payments.
• Integrate commission forecast data into the consolidated FP&A model.
• Develop scalable processes to improve visibility into commission forecasts and performance.
• Prepare presentations and analyses for senior Finance leadership and executives.
• Participate in special projects as required.
