Job summary

Capital Search Group client in Falls Church, VA seeks a Senior Financial Analyst with FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis to partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and senior leadership.

You will analyze ARR, revenue, pipeline, SaaS metrics, GTM efficiency, and unit economics, turning data into actionable insights. 3–5 years of analytical experience and advanced Excel are required, with CRM/BI/planning tools preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of analytical experience in FP&A, modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Experience with CRM, BI, and financial planning tools in a fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact financial analysis, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and senior leadership to inform decisions.
• Analyze ARR, revenue, pipeline, SaaS metrics, GTM efficiency and unit economics.

The ideal candidate has3–5 years of analytical experience, advancedExcel/modeling skills, and experience withCRM, BI, and financial planning toolsin a fast-paced environment. Compensation targeted up to $125K base + bonus + excellent benefits. Position is three days per week in-office. Must be local to DC area and US Citizen.
