Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Manager to own renewal base analytics and the bookings classification framework. This high-impact role sits within GTM FP&A at the intersection of finance, revenue operations, and go-to-market strategy, shaping renewal health, multi-year forecasts, and bookings policy.

You will partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to align assumptions and translate renewal performance into P&L implications, supporting long-range plans and board reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A experience in Enterprise Software or SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of ARR/renewal mechanics and bookings definitions.
• Ability to connect GTM metrics to enterprise planning and board materials.
• Experience with annual planning, consolidation, and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal base model and multi-year forecasts for planning.
• Set renewal base targets and quotas with Sales, RevOps, and Finance.
• Define renewal base inputs for compensation planning and quota setting.
• Serve as SME for renewal base policy and discrepancies across teams.
• Operationalize policy decisions in CRM and reporting systems.
