Job summary

Panthera Grid Partners, LLC in Houston, TX, seeks an FP&A Manager to lead cash flow forecasts, budgeting, Capex analysis, and cross‑functional reporting for corporate and project tracking.

You will maintain financial models, support valuation processes, and prepare management presentations for senior leadership and Brookfield, driving KPI visibility and process improvements across Onestream, Netsuite, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
• Minimum five years of related work experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills with financial modelling experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP; SOX compliance experience is a plus.
• Experience in renewable energy or distributed generation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update monthly Capital plan to monitor liquidity.
• Coordinate with departments to prepare and update Capex reports.
• Update financial models and manage valuation and 5-year plan models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs for valuation assumptions and scenario analyses.
• Lead annual budgeting process with stakeholders and consolidate budgets.
• Manage monthly forecasting and prepare management reports comparing to budget and prior periods.
• Create organized presentations for senior management and Brookfield.
• Participate in process improvements, including rollout of Onestream, Netsuite, and Procore.
• Identify and implement automated reporting to deliver timely management reports.
• Develop KPI dashboards for tracking and reporting.
