Panthera Grid Partners, headquartered in Houston, TX, seeks a Business Development Analyst to support investment decisions in its renewable portfolio. You will develop valuation analyses for development projects and assist in acquisitions, divestments, and due diligence, collaborating with development, finance, legal, and construction teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in U.S. solar/wind/energy storage finance, strong modeling skills, and proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or quantitative field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in U.S. solar, wind, or energy storage development or M&A/finance.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain unlevered and levered financial models for project pricing and investment decisions.
• Assess project economics, value drivers, and inform pricing and strategic decisions.
• Support acquisition evaluations, structuring, and transaction documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and review data room materials.
• Prepare investment materials and communicate findings to senior management.
• Track project pricing and business-development milestones across teams.
