Job summary

Wayfinder is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across our remote US teams. You will translate financial data into actionable insights, drive performance, and partner with departments to shape strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in FP&A within tech/SaaS, strong Excel/Power BI/Tableau skills, and excellent communication. This role reports to the SVP Strategy, Finance & Operations and offers a competitive remote package.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years FP&A, financial modeling, and business analysis.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and FP&A software.
• Ability to translate financial data into insights and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
• Manage preparation of management reports and performance dashboards.
• Partner with departments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses.
• Drive process improvements in planning and reporting functions.
• Present financial insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between financial outcomes and business objectives.
• Support investment analysis, business cases, and capital planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial governance and policies.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and explain variance drivers.
• Collaborate with accounting, tax, and revenue teams for data integrity.
