Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an FP&A Leader based onsite in Columbus, GA to drive financial closing, forecasting and reporting for the Columbus Forge Blades module center. You will mentor team members and partner with operations, engineering and leadership to deliver accurate insights and strong financial controls.

The role emphasizes cost analysis, budgeting, and collaboration to support ROI-focused projects and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Progressive accounting and financial experience with demonstrated success in driving change.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities in dynamic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial closing and forecasting with timely reporting for the CFB Module Center.
• Perform detailed analysis of CFB operating expenses and cost metrics; develop budgets and monitor performance.
• Support cost reduction projects and ROI-focused investments; identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to manage inventory reporting, trends and aging; ensure accuracy and controls.
