Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Chicago, IL seeks a finance leader to drive budgeting, forecasting and FP&A processes for a gaming and entertainment environment. You will partner with accounting and ops to align on goals and performance metrics.

Responsibilities include developing KPIs, financial models, and management reports; analyzing results; and providing actionable recommendations to improve profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 3+ years in finance, accounting or related roles in the casino industry.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in Illinois.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and distribute KPIs, models, and reports.
• Monitor results, analyze trends; identify risks and opportunities.
• Perform variance analysis and suggest corrective actions.
• Support strategic decisions with financial analysis and scenario modeling.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Lead, coach and develop finance team members.
