Golden Entertainment LLC is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to oversee day‑to‑day FP&A operations and lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting. You will analyze data, drive profitability, and partner with divisional leaders to optimize financial performance.

The role requires 5+ years in FP&A, gaming industry experience is preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills. On-site opportunity in a gaming/hospitality environment with growth potential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of FP&A or similar experience.
• Gaming industry experience preferred.
• Experience with budget development and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Access.
• Ability to obtain gaming work cards and US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily FP&A operations and supervise department staff.
• Lead budget development, tracking, and variance analysis.
• Prepare revenue, EBITDA forecasts, and KPI reporting.
• Analyze data to identify profitability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
• Provide timely analysis and ad hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders and executive teams.
• Deliver high-quality financial insights to drive decisions.
