Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a highly motivated FP&A leader to drive US G&A forecasting, planning, and performance reporting. This role partners with HR, Finance, Technology and Marketing to ensure resources align with Taco Bell’s priorities and to deliver clear insights into business drivers and opportunities.

The Manager, FP&A will own forecasting, planning, and performance reporting, shape decisions on investments, and manage the global G&A outlook in collaboration with International Finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or business planning experience.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience with coaching and development.
• Strong ability to translate financial results into actionable business insights and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own US G&A financial performance, including period close, forecasting, and planning.
• Drive strategic G&A planning and resource allocation in line with targets.
• Partner with HR and functional leaders to manage workforce planning and investments.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership to support decisions.
