Job summary

Taco Bell in the United States is seeking an Associate Manager Finance responsible for leading international planning, forecasting, and reporting, turning data into actionable insights for finance leadership and partners across the business.

You will develop KPI dashboards, coordinate monthly reviews, and drive efficient financial processes with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Strategy, and Development, while supporting the parent Yum! Brands.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree; MBA a plus.
• At least 5 years relevant work experience (Corporate Finance, Consulting).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to interpret data for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting for International, and provide completed templates and schedules for quarterly submissions.
• Partner with key teams (Finance, Development, Strategy) on sales planning, new unit development, incremental investment asks, and G&A management.
• Lead monthly reporting calls with business units, evaluating risks & opportunities against FY plan, identifying actions, and assessing overall impact to profit.
• Conduct and provide insightful analysis on period results versus forecast & year-over-year variances, recommending actions and re-allocation of funds as appropriate.
• Build & maintain KPI dashboard, and track metrics against FY targets.
• Work with Yum! accounting department to identify causes of changes and reconcile any accounting issues.
• Establish financial processes to streamline forecasting, reporting, and robust analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses that provide impact, perspective, and recommendations from a financial POV.
